PROMOTIONAL SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Promotional Sale Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the limited-time promotional offer extended by Jepson Petroleum Ltd. (“Jepson”) to eligible customers, as defined herein, with respect to selected oil products.
Promotion Period
This promotional offer shall commence on May 15, 2026, and shall expire at 4:59 PM (Pacific Time) on July 1st, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Any and all sales transactions intended to benefit from the promotional pricing must be both placed and fulfilled within the Promotion Period.
Offer
During the Promotion Period, Jepson shall offer a price reduction of CAD $0.50 per litre on designated oil products (the “Promotional Discount”). The Promotional Discount shall be applied to the pre-tax sale price and reflected on the applicable invoice(s).
Eligible Customers
This promotion is extended exclusively to Jepson’s commercial and wholesale account holders in good standing as of the date of purchase. Jepson reserves the right to determine customer eligibility in its sole and absolute discretion. Retail, residential, or cash-based transactions shall be excluded from the promotion unless expressly approved in writing by Jepson.
Order and Delivery Conditions
To qualify for the Promotional Discount:
- Orders must be placed and delivered during the Promotion Period;
- Minimum order volume requirements may apply and shall be communicated directly by Jepson;
- The timing of both order placement and delivery shall be determinative of eligibility;
- Customers must provide the applicable promotional code at the time the order is placed to qualify for the Promotional Discount.
Application of Discount
The Promotional Discount shall be applied at the time of invoicing. Under no circumstances shall rebates, refunds, credits, or retroactive adjustments be issued for transactions occurring outside the Promotion Period or for products not qualifying as Eligible Products.
Exclusivity and Non-Transferability
The promotional offer is non-transferable and may not be assigned, combined, or used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, contract pricing, or volume-based discounts unless expressly authorized in writing by Jepson.
Reservation of Rights
Jepson expressly reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotional offer, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or liability.
Force Majeure
Jepson shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in the performance of its obligations under these Terms arising out of causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental restrictions, labor disputes, equipment failure, or transportation delays.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to any conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
